Finland’s Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) said in a statement Wednesday parents should restrict children’s mobile phone use. Newsroom Finland reports.  Although studies carried out thus far have not shown mobile phone radiation to have had any adverse impact on health, prudence is advised when it comes to children as not all the effects are known,” the watchdog added.

STUK said parents should tell children to favour texting over calls and to instruct them on the use of hands-free devices.
